Meet the team
Dr. J. Matthew Cronkhite, DDS, has been the dentist here, and a Lafayette resident, since July of 2006.
He deeply appreciates the community and especially the wonderful people in it, and is grateful for the warm welcome he has received since coming here. He greatly enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds it gratifying to help a variety of people get a healthy, beautiful smile.
Dr. Cronkhite is a good listener, and his straightforward and honest manner gains his patients' trust. He explains the diagnosis, the recommended treatment, and the information and options a patient needs to decide on a course of treatment. He takes seriously the responsibility that comes with the trust patients place in him.
He feels especially honored when patients refer their families, friends and co-workers.
Off the clock
Dr. Cronkhite plays the saxophone, follows college basketball closely, and exercises outdoors on long hikes through nature.

Office Manager
Marti has lived in Lafayette her entire life and earned her associate degree in 2006. She really loves working with people, and loves getting to know and helping the patients at Mill Creek.
DeeDee
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
DeeDee is from Lafayette. She graduated from the IU School of Dentistry as an Expanded Functions dental assistant. In her spare time she likes to be with her family and friends, and she looks forward to getting to know the patients here.
